Co Creator and Co Founder Ms. Victoria (Tori) Burnside.
Victoria Burnside was born and raised in Morristown TN. She is the daughter of Jacqueline Burnside and Victor Goodson. Victoria graduated from the University of TN in Chattanooga in 2013 with her BS in Child and Family Life Studies. Victoria Serves as a Family Intervention Specialist and has also been pursuing a career as an artist for the last 2 years. Created BEM alongside George Cunningham Jr. Victoria has a heart for people and is driven behind the idea that everyone who wants to can and will be successful! With the hope to provide a voice to a community that has been wrongfully silenced BEM was born!!

The King of behind the scenes George Cunningham Jr.
George Cunningham Jr. was born in Atlanta, Ga and raised in Knoxville TN. George is one of 4 children as a son of Ms. Nuquita Cunningham and George Cunningham Sr. George has served as a sub contractor for many years and in the last 2 years has became his own boss as the founder and business owner of Cunningham Remodels LLC. George also has a career in the music industry as Geo Sandino. With a passion for life and a desire to elevate our community he and Victoria collaborated to create BEM! Olivia Goins has been a hair boss for 6 years slaying client’s heads at Morristown’s local barbershop Upper Cuts. Olivia has been in the hair industry for a total of 8 years and has a passion for helping people regain their confidence! Olivia has a bubbly personality and the drive of a warrior! We are so blessed to have her on our team!

Kasha McKinney is a Jill of all trades. From Podcasts to Children’s books for handwriting Kasha‘s talents are endless! Though Kasha is a current resident of the big city of Atlanta her heart still goes out to her home community. Kasha is not afraid to be every bit of who she is, her energy is infectious! BEM shines a little brighter with her on board!
